What to Expect
Step 1 – Getting Started
Reach out to our friendly office staff to get started. We’ll get some basic information to make sure our practice is good fit for your needs. If you’d like to be seen, you’ll receive the new patient forms electronically.
Step 2 – Initial Evaluation
We’ll reach out for scheduling once we receive your paperwork. Initial evaluation appointments are 60 minutes and usually in-person. We’ll discuss your symptoms and come up with a plan that will likely include medication, supportive therapy, and habit changing.
Step 3 – Ongoing Care
Follow-up appointments allow time for us to check in about your treatment and make adjustments as needed. These appointments are scheduled for 30 minutes.
Insurance & Fees
At MindLight Mental Wellness, we partner with OHP and many commercial insurance providers to make our services as accessible as possible. Call to see if your appointment is covered by insurance.
If we aren’t able to accept your insurance, you still have options. We are happy to help with claims processing if you have out-of-network benefits. Before your first visit we will review your coverage and discuss copays and other treatment-associated costs.
For those who are paying out of pocket, we offer a Time of Service discount for payment received on the same day as your visit. Otherwise, all discounts are null and void. Contact our office for more information about cash-pay rates and other costs associated with your care at MindLight.
